Front of the building (doors
at right above) faced its competitor, the Baker's Chocolate Building.
The Horticulture Building
was to the far right across the canal.
To its rear, visible at
left, is one of the 36 Exposition restaurants.
Three stories tall,
the first floor was devoted to the sale of Lowney's chocolate, cocoa, and
chocolate bon bons.
The second floor was an
office, exhibits, and lady's waiting room.
The third floor was a roof
garden that guide books said was beautiful and "well worth the visit for
the fine view obtainable."
