The interior of the tower is almost entirely devoted to elevators and food. Two free elevators would carry you here to the café level at 72 feet up. From this level you can see the basin that collects the cascading waters and also details of fountains and the waterproof lights that show off the cataract in the evening. They don’t light the building; there are 40,000 individual 8-watt bulbs that do that!

We, of course, are traveling the other elevators, the ones that take us up 242 feet in 30 seconds. At this level is another restaurant whose prices are said to be as high as the view.
