Today we’re going to rest our feet and listen to organist J.D. Dussault, of Montreal Canada. He is beginning his 3-day run as featured organist for the daily concerts and you can be assured that he is among the finest organists in the Americas. The instrument on which he will play is also fine. It’s one of the largest in the world, weighing 25 tons and standing 43 feet high. It was constructed by Emmons Howard & Son of Westfield, Massachusetts at a cost of $18,000 ($359,000).
