The Art Gallery Opens

At 8:30 o'clock yesterday the Fine Arts Gallery at the Pan-American was formally thrown open to the public. It will be open every weekday from that time until 6:30 in the evening. On Sundays it will be open frm 1 to 6:30 p.m.

The art handbook of the Exposition, a valuable aid in viewing the pictures in the Art Gallery, has been prepared and issued. It contains articles on the Pan-American, architectural, sculptural and fine arts. The contributors are Hon. Conrad Diehl, John G. Milburn, Edward S. Martin, Mrs. Schulyer Van Rensselaer, William A. Coffin, Director of Fine Arts; J. M. Carrere, chairman Board of Architects; Karl Bitter, Director of Sculpture; C.Y. Turner, Director of Color; and F. W. Taylor, Director of Concessions. The work contains the names and addresses of all the exhibitors in the Fine Arts Department.
